I am a Master’s level clinician working towards my state licensure. I received my Master of Science in Counseling with a focus in clinical mental health from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2021. Over the last year, I have been an intern for the sports medicine staff with UT athletics serving as a mental health counselor for student-athletes. As a former collegiate athlete, it is a joy to serve and support student-athletes mental health. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and working as a team to develop self-awareness and create meaningful life change.

Thursdays- 9:00am to 6:00pm
Fridays- 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturdays- Scheduled on a client by client basis

I am trained to provide evidenced based therapies to help you with numerous mental health needs and preventative maintenance goals. I incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment-based theory, somatic integration processing tools, and mindfulness practices. My areas of experience include issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity formation, body image & physical wellness, grief & loss, child centered play therapy, and substance use. I have worked with adults, young professionals, and student-athletes.
It takes immense strength to gain self-awareness and navigate life’s struggles. I would be honored to walk alongside you through your healing journey. The work I do is a privilege and a calling and I am so grateful to practice in the city of Knoxville, TN.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy various physical activities, cooking, reading, walking Knoxville’s beautiful greenway system, and relaxing on the patio with my husband.
